Gvėja (hereinafter referred to as Gvėja or company) agrees that the protection of personal data is important to all our customers and other data subjects (hereinafter referred to as data subjects) and is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of each data subject.

All this information should be provided no more than 30 calendar days from the date of the data subject’s request once a calendar year free of charge.

Gvėja collects and maintains your personal data only on the basis of legitimate grounds defined in the legal acts regulating the protection of personal data – in order to conclude and / or execute a contract concluded with you, with your consent, when the relevant legal acts are obliged to process personal data in Gvėja and when personal data are to be processed for the legitimate interest of Gvėja (only if the data subject’s interests are not more important).
